Inspired by nature, each class is uniquely designed bridge a beautiful connection with your heart, body, and the land.
With a strong emphasis on “chill” this midweek yoga class is a balance between strength and stretch, flow and stillness. Come as you are, take what you need. All abilities welcome, no experience necessary!
