This is your Sunday night comedown, a bridge between weekend mode and the week ahead.

Inspired by that fuzzy, in-between space where fun winds down and real life creeps back in. This class is designed to help you shift gently out of weekend energy and into “work mode” without the Sunday Scaries stress spiral!

Expect very slow, deeply integrative movement, long stretches, minimal effort, and plenty of space to land. This is nervous system care first, yoga second.

Open, welcoming, low-pressure vibes. Come as you are. Move slowly. Leave feeling ready, but not rushed.

Inspired by nature, each class is uniquely designed bridge a beautiful connection with your heart, body, and the land.

With a strong emphasis on “chill” this evening yoga class is a balance between strength and stretch, flow and stillness. Come as you are, take what you need. All abilities welcome, no experience necessary!

A tender invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect. Spend mindful moments with your breath, your changing body, and the little one growing within.

Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and quiet presence, we’ll create space for compassion and deep listening. Each class offers supportive practices to ease physical discomfort, cultivate emotional steadiness, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of your own body, this class is a soft landing each week. It is rooted in care, connection, and community.

All stages of pregnancy welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
